辛曉琪6月底開唱,她的美腿以及嗓音一樣受關注,總是有很多人請教她如何保養,她說:「我很愛泡澡,早上10點以前都吃自己自製的生菜沙拉,也很愛吃清淡的日本料理,因為鮪魚生魚片的脂肪足夠我一天的卡路里。」辛曉琪更堅持不喝冰飲釱不吃辣,早上10點過後開始吊嗓子,結束後再睡午覺,讓喉嚨達到充分休息。

辛曉琪也堅持要運動,為了提臀,讓腰部線條更緊實,她都會利用爬樓梯達到運動效果,持續8年之久,睡完午覺她會到附近的學校去散步,鍛鍊自己的體力。

When Winnie Hsin was having her concert in end June, both her vocal and her beautiful legs were the centre of everyone's attention. Many people kept asking her on her formula in keeping up with her condition. She shared, "I love taking long baths, also every morning before 10 o'clock, I will make my own salad, in addition, I also like to eat Japanese food which tends to be light, salmon sashimi can provide me with sufficient calories intake for the entire day.

Further, Winnie will insist on not taking cold drinks nor spicy food. After 10 o'clock every morning, she will to warm up and practice her vocal, after which she will take an afternoon nap to allow her vocal ample rest.

Winnie also insists on exercising and for 8 years, she has been using the staircase instead of taking the lifts. She also take strolls at the school nearby after her afternoon naps to keep up with her stamina.
