寒天當主食 辛曉琪瘦身降血脂

沉潛許久的辛曉琪復出舉辦演唱會,為了減掉日前到大陸大啖美食胖5公斤的後遺症,辛曉琪將日本正「ㄏㄤ」的寒天(台灣俗稱洋菜)做為主食。她表示,一日三餐都靠DIY,將海苔搭配寒天做成捲壽司,兩種食材搭配在一起,不但可降低血脂肪,就連熱量都幾近於零。

辛曉琪表示,為恢復前凸後翹玲瓏好身材,現在每餐幾乎都以日式料理為主,尤其低熱量的生魚片、味噌湯更是她的首選,且只要有人邀請她一起用餐,西餐、中式料理她都一概拒絕,唯獨日本料理才能得到她的同意。

除從飲食下手,辛曉琪天天都捨棄電梯,改以爬樓梯進行健身,她表示,靠爬樓梯不僅可以消除脂肪,也可以消耗熱量,拒絕肥肉及油膩,辛曉琪在3個月內成功甩掉肥肉5公斤。

In preparation for her first solo ticketed concert, Winnie has been going on diet in order to shed off excess weight gained during her recent stay in China when she had lots of good food.

And she successfully lost 5 kg in 3 months.  How did she achieve this?  Besides using the staircase instead of taking the lift, she has been carefully watching her diet.  Her diet has been consisting of "Kanten" - a Japanese ingredient which has gained popularity of late.  She used Kanten and seaweed to make hand-rolls, which is able to lower cholesterol and contains almost zero calories.  If anyone were to invite her for meals, she would avoid western or Chinese cuisine and go for Japanese food instead.  Miso soup and sashimi are her top choices.
