辛曉琪多年來一直保持著凹凸有致的好身材,吃飯的傢伙嗓音也照顧得好好的,許多人好奇她如何維持身材跟護嗓?她特地洗手作羹湯為大家示範護嗓養生料理。平常很ㄍㄧㄥ的她,走路要優雅、做菜也得優雅,就連偷吃也一定要優雅,讓大家嘆為觀止。 

其實這幾道生機排毒餐做法相當簡單,尤其適合炎熱的夏天食慾不振的時候享用,辛曉琪說:「這套分量十足又美味可口的有機活力餐,不超過500卡的熱量,吃得飽又不怕胖,我平常就很注重健康養生,但工作忙起來很難下廚煮一頓,但是這套餐作起來簡單又方便,是我為了增加演唱會體力而特別設計的。」 


本周日(4日)下午3點,辛曉琪有一場小型的UNPLUGGED演唱會,這些年在海外及大陸等地演唱,卻沒機會在台灣開演唱會,這次開唱讓辛曉琪有近鄉情怯的感覺,為了演唱會加緊彩排中。演唱會詳情請洽(02)26518168。

Many are very curious how Winnie is able to maintain her good figure and take such good care of her vocal.  This day, Winnie specially demonstrated cooking a few simple-to-prepare dishes.  These dishes are organic, low in calories, non-fattening, delicious, filling and especially appetizing even in the hot summer.  Although Winnie does not have the time to cook often because of her heavy work commitment, she still pays a lot of attention to eating healthy so she specially develop this set of dishes convenient and easy to prepare even in the midst of her busy schedule.  Winnie specially mentioned that these dishes also helps to build up her stamina required for concert performances.  Despite having sang in many concerts overseas, she rarely have a chance to hold a concert in Taiwan, her home.  So, she has been working very hard in rehearsing for the unplugged concert on 4th July.
