辛曉琪打擊「贅」犯大「豐」收

「療傷歌后」辛曉琪難得動起來,透露個人養生秘訣,她五年來靠著打Tae-Bo健身,不但保持年輕活力,也得到「意外」收穫,咪咪長大了一個CUP!

 

辛曉琪愛美有一套,藉著運動養生,讓整個人看起來更年輕,辛曉琪元氣十足地說:「運動讓我變得更美麗。」她說,Tae-Bo在美國已經風行多年,對她說來,成效不錯。

 

五年前辛曉琪住在美國,被電視上的廣告吸引,郵購買了一卷Tae-Bo教學影帶,她說,這個運動難度不高,而且三十分鐘跳下來,一定汗流浹背,「我是一個不容易流汗的人,這樣可以幫我促進新陳代謝。」

 

因為身為公眾人物,辛曉琪不喜歡上健身房人擠人,她覺得Tae-Bo在家就可以跳,方便又隨性。辛曉琪說:「我固定每天下午四到五點左右跳,習慣之後,不跳反而會覺得有點怪。」

 

跳Tae-Bo有瘦身效果,辛曉琪還會「局部加強」,她常在運動之前,把上臂和腰部包上「保鮮膜」,這樣不但可以跟「蝴蝶袖」說再見,肚子的肥油也會不翼而飛。她滿意地說,每次跳完把保鮮膜撕下來,裡面濕透還一直滴水,可見多有效果。

 

辛曉琪表示,除了手部和腰部有明顯的成效,其他像是「胸部」也有明顯助益,辛曉琪波濤洶湧的身材還因此大了一CUP,辛曉琪害羞地說:「因為出拳有很多手部的運動,無形中會用力推擠,變得比較集中。」

 

辛曉琪所屬的滾石唱片面臨財務危機,她一邊用力揮拳、一邊使力踢腿,展現旺盛的戰鬥力,她說:「相信公司一定能夠渡過難關。」

Winnie shared on her secret of keeping her good figure.  For the past 5 years, she have been practising Tae-Bo, a high-energy combination of karate, aerobics, boxing, and dance.  About 5 years back, when Winnie was in the States, she was attracted by an advertisement on tae-Bo on TV and purchased a set of instructional video via mail order.  After trying out the set of exercises, she found the steps rather easy to follow.  More importantly, after a 3-minute session, she found herself perspiring a lot and helps in clearing of bowels.  As a public figure, it may not be so convenient for her to go to the public gym.  However, she can practice tae-bo and exercise in her own privacy and at her own convenience.  Typically, she exercises in the early evenings at about 4 or 5 pm.  "After getting used to it, I actually feel awkward if I do not exercise."

 

Although practising tae-bo alone already helps in losing weight, Winnie would take an additional step by wrapping clear wrap around her waist ad biceps.  This increases the effectiveness of the exercises in shedding the excess fats.  Besides seeing positive effects on her arms and waist, very coincidentally, her womanly's beauty were also enhanced!
