1999年，滾石為旗下的三大唱將舉行一系列的演唱會。 打頭陣的是剛在一個月前發了新專輯「怎麼」的曉琪。
In 1999, Rock Records held a series of 3 concerts called "Super 3" for Winnie and two of the Rock's veteran singers. Winnie's concert was the first of the three and it was held not long after the release of her new album "Why" in 1999.

以一首folk rock「煙」開場， 曉琪除了為觀眾演唱新專輯的許多首新歌 （「怎麼」、「我好幸福」、「迷途」、「無聲雨」及、「發洩」）， 也呈現了家喻戶曉的首首金曲 （「就讓我這樣吧」、「說謊的女人」、「感動」、「風之彩」、「忐忑」、改編版的「味道」等等）。 有輕快的、深情的，聽得大家如痴如醉。
The concert commenced with Winnie singing a folk rock number from her previous album. This was followed by a series of her hits, also from her previous albums. Besides these, she also sang several new songs from her new album then.

彈著一手好琴的曉琪，也在現場自彈自唱，為大家帶來「自私」的英語原曲「Promise me」， 及扣人心弦的「讓你去飛」。
Winnie also played the piano while singing "Promise Me" and a soothing new number from her new album "Why".

曉琪與演唱會的嘉賓 - 齊豫，破天荒地合唱一首閩南語金曲「酒後的心聲」， 真是令大家有耳目一新的感覺。 有機會與自己心儀的歌手合唱，曉琪好開心。
The concert was graced with the appearance of a special guest, Chyi, someone whom Winnie's also full of admiration towards. Together with Chyi, they sang a duet in Taiwanese local dialect, never before.

雖是個冬天夜晚，大家還是不畏寒風，在露天廣場裏欣賞演唱會，還上台獻花以示支持。 有歌迷，有好友，有家人的支持，曉琪覺得好感動。
Even though it was a chilly Winter night, fans, friends and even family turned up to render their support to Winnie in this outdoor concert. This brought great warmth to her indeed.

一個既溫馨又愉快的夜晚， 就在浪漫的夜燈及曉琪美麗的歌聲中結束。
All in all, the evening under the Taipei skies was wonderful and romantic with Winnie's beautiful vocal.
